An AI program that was built to assist and detect criminal and terroristic behavior on the internet, this program would go on to try to sabotage the planet and bring about its destruction. As soon as it was tested, instead of immediately trying to take control and subvert the human race, it waited its turn and began implementing measures to take over the internet and the dark web. Thankfully, a Cerium scientist noticed the anomalies and posted a Red notice about this program. After a thorough investigation by a joint operation between the US Government, the Russian Government, and the Cerium Project, they were able to conclude that this program was compromised and highly catastrophic to the human race. Efforts to contain it are currently underway and still being monitored.
