Project Cerium is an ongoing multi-agency initiative established to identify, contain, and study anomalous phenomena that pose a threat to public safety, national security, or cognitive stability.

Originally initiated in the aftermath of the ████████ ██████ Incident, the project operates under classified jurisdiction, coordinating with several international and domestic partners. The existence of Project Cerium has never been publicly acknowledged by any government or corporation.

Project Cerium operates through a series of divisions and partner agencies, each assigned to specific areas of containment and research. We have around █████ agents working across all divisions and ███ organizations.

The Project's work ensures that such irregularities are documented, controlled, and if necessary, neutralized, to preserve the integrity of known reality and the safety of the civilian population.

Our mission is to locate anomalous entities, events, and ████████████ - collectively referred to as CRMs (Classified Research Materials), and ensure their secure management. All CRMs are assigned a classification index (CE-0 through CE-4 and █████) based on volatility, autonomy, and public interference risk.
