Vale maintains the master incident grid (MIG) for Project Cerium, a continuously updated cartographic model linking CRM manifestations or sightings, unexplained phenomena, civilian disappearances and infrastructure failures since ████. His work converts scattered data into recognizable chains of cause and effect, often predicting new events before any confirmed sighting.

Thorne was recruited from investigative journalism after spending 10 years trying to expose Project Cerium. When he finally understood what they were hiding, he didn't publish, but rather applied. Thorne serves as the Human Firewall, the final decision-maker between raw information and public reality. CRM's automated systems can pick up on keywords, names, and obvious patterns, but Thorne is brought in for what machines still miss - context, intent, timing, and future consequences. He reviews sensitive material, identifies parts most likely to trigger panic, retaliation or mass chaos, and then recommends what gets released, what gets delayed, and what must be permanently sealed and locked away. Redacion isn't censorship, it's containment - a controlled event designed to keep society from swallowing something it can't handle. Known for spending lunch breaks on binary crossword puzzles; rarely sleeps at all.
